
Meet producers, learn how Café Justicia is harvested and processed and see the impact of Fair Trade Plus in Mayan farmers’ communities. Cafe Justicia is offering a 9 day tour to Guatemala in January 2027 for Canadian roasters interested in learning more about the people who produce this specialty coffee. Participants will visit CCDA cooperatives and farms (and help a little with harvesting the coffee cherries), the CCDA’s coffee mill and research and training centre, and various community projects in CCDA villages.
