CCDA workers prepare new crop of Cafe Justicia for depulping

Meet producers, learn how Café Justicia is harvested and processed and see the impact of Fair Trade Plus in Mayan farmers’ communities. Cafe Justicia is offering a 9 day tour to Guatemala in January 2026 for Canadian roasters interested in learning more about the people who produce this specialty coffee. Participants will visit CCDA cooperatives and farms, the CCDA’s coffee mill and research and training centre, and various community projects in CCDA villages. Roasters on the tour will also have the opportunity to sample and bid on Cafe Justicia’s limited special honey and natural processed micro-lots.
